No, I was think more of a 15 year old. I know a woman my age that had more sexual experience at 15 than I have at 61. But if she had sex with a 25 year old, he goes to prison.

Robert addressed this a couple of days ago when talking about Maxwell. But his views are skewed by AZ and CA laws; the age of consent in those states is 18. Sex with a minor is illegal. But in TX, it's 17. In NM, it's 16. Not legal at 15 in any state. But there are exceptions when the couple are close in age.

I have trouble with the law being a violation of equal protection clause. If a 15 year old can choose to have sex with a 16 year old then he/she should be able to choose a 26 year old.
It came from a discussion about whether or not Trump was a conservative, and a claim that conservatives don't think that the government should be issuing marriage licences, as that is not a government matter. That led onto a discussion about what the government should or should not be regulating regarding relationships.
I think evangelicals have the marriage laws down to 13 14 15 in many states still. You just can’t have sex with an unmarried 15 year old because God wouldn’t like that
