What companies got wrecked?

2021-01-01 17:50:02 UTC

This is going to be a boon for software developers the whole conservation about what should be an in house tool just changed 😄

2021-01-01 17:50:08 UTC

Technology is obviously vulnerable to manipulation no matter what safe guard is in place. Not even Military is immune

2021-01-01 17:50:17 UTC

And paper isn't?

2021-01-01 17:50:43 UTC

For the record, I don't have a problem with technology itself, but not for something this serious, especially WITHOUT ID!!!

2021-01-01 17:50:50 UTC

What does paper give us that tech with a paper audit trail does not

2021-01-01 17:51:09 UTC

You can make a relatively safe, isolated machine.

2021-01-01 17:51:13 UTC

Much like paper.

2021-01-01 17:51:22 UTC

Then we should make it.

2021-01-01 17:51:30 UTC

@Mox Agreed!

2021-01-01 17:51:40 UTC

Because this election is fraudulent!

2021-01-01 17:52:29 UTC

Fraud as far as the imagination can see

2021-01-01 17:52:47 UTC

You should rename yourself deadhorse

2021-01-01 17:52:54 UTC

@Mox Even if it was, this election's results aren't going to change most likely.

2021-01-01 17:53:20 UTC

Like 0.1% chance of overturning, and that's being generous.

2021-01-01 17:53:25 UTC

It really wasn't an election by the fair and free standard. It was a completely fraudulent activity. That was not an election. It was planned organized for a very long time to add ballots physically and electronically

2021-01-01 17:53:38 UTC

I mean, thats what the narrative is. What was the narrative last election?

2021-01-01 17:54:01 UTC

No, that's literally what I'm seeing with my two eyes.

2021-01-01 17:54:09 UTC

Not the media's narrative.

2021-01-01 17:54:35 UTC

Not the right wing media's narrative, etc.

2021-01-01 17:54:56 UTC

So who won the election?

2021-01-01 17:56:07 UTC

@Mox Looks like Biden did. You can try to argue about the fraudulent activity all you want, but it's not been exactly working, as I'm pretty sure you admitted earlier. Therefore I don't see Trump overturning this. Not even a narrative-related thing.

2021-01-01 17:56:17 UTC

if you were paying attention you would know quite a few of these audits have already been done ... you would also know that recounting by hand is precisely what was asked for in court filings by Sidney Powell and others

2021-01-01 17:57:37 UTC

Not to mention overturning it at this point would make many, many more people distrust the system and spark a crisis most likely.

2021-01-01 17:58:57 UTC

If you can't demonstrate fraud physically and the hand recounts match the machine counts theres not much basis to change the results. Proving fraud is pretty much the accepted avenue for changing anything here.

The I don't like voting methods being changed has more merit but thats not fraud and thus isn't finding success as changing the results either.

Saying I can't prove it was rigged but I feel like certain political bodies should be able to assume wrongdoing based on their gut isn't working out either.

2021-01-01 17:59:54 UTC

If you believe the narrative, sure.

2021-01-01 18:00:19 UTC

And how fast people are dismissing prior vehement Trump supporters that don't agree with the Trump narrative at the moment is concerning to say the very least.

2021-01-01 18:00:36 UTC

I believe what my eyes see, yes.

2021-01-01 18:01:06 UTC

Every hardcore Trump supporter willing to speak truth to power is thrown under the bus immediately.

2021-01-01 18:01:35 UTC

Astounding thing for someone familiar with software to say. Just saying haha.

2021-01-01 18:01:35 UTC

@Mox, you just advanced to level 4!

2021-01-01 18:02:23 UTC

I mean, this goes for most programmers as well. Not to say we don't make mistakes and things go under the radar, they do.

2021-01-01 18:04:18 UTC

Sometimes it's a simple syntax error, misplaced ; or extra set of brackets which are hard to spot, but ruin the entire function and/or the entire program forcefully terminates if there is no error handling.

2021-01-01 18:07:44 UTC

Well, given the history of mail in ballots around the world, perhaps we should see how many ballots are officially printed, and how many are on copy paper. How many are adjudicated, and how many are not, which counties they are from. If Biden is the president, he's the president, but we have rules to keep ballots for 22 months for a reason.

2021-01-01 18:15:46 UTC

I mean, sure, seems fine.

2021-01-01 18:18:13 UTC

We can’t even get the rumor mill aka Trump legal team to be honest about who prints ballots

2021-01-01 18:26:46 UTC

Who cares who prints them when their votes get flipped in adjudication

2021-01-01 18:28:10 UTC

And who prints the ballots?

2021-01-01 18:30:02 UTC

This would show up on hand count.

2021-01-01 18:30:16 UTC

The states not the dhs in a secret conspiracy using special paper to prove fraud

2021-01-01 18:31:28 UTC

lol pretty sure it's companies like Runbeck that print them, not the DHS
