the hand count in which state

2021-01-01 18:33:48 UTC

The one where the count was different 5 times

2021-01-01 18:34:09 UTC

Allegedly

2021-01-01 18:34:30 UTC

Allegedly = Conspiracy

2021-01-01 18:35:11 UTC

coffee county

2021-01-01 18:35:11 UTC

It’s not a conspiracy just a Trump elector disagreeing with what happened 😆

2021-01-01 18:36:21 UTC

I'm sure anyone that questions the election results is a Trump worshiper lol

2021-01-01 18:36:50 UTC

What?

2021-01-01 18:38:38 UTC

It’s a bit odd claim to make

2021-01-01 18:39:03 UTC

What indeed.

2021-01-01 18:39:21 UTC

Literally no one implied anyone who doesn't accept the results is a Trump supporter.

2021-01-01 18:39:40 UTC

This sounds like some random strawman.

2021-01-01 18:40:42 UTC

Trump "insert noun of your choice"

2021-01-01 18:40:51 UTC

Trump Buck?

2021-01-01 18:40:58 UTC

Trump Orange?

2021-01-01 18:41:00 UTC

Trump Car

2021-01-01 18:41:20 UTC

So the machine counted the ballots 5 times and got different results but nobody else saw it and then the hand recount matched and then the 2nd recount matched?

2021-01-01 18:41:29 UTC

My point still stands, it's kinda a random strawman.

2021-01-01 18:41:36 UTC

It's not a conspiracy, it's a Trump "noun"....

2021-01-01 18:41:40 UTC

That’s pretty lucky

2021-01-01 18:42:54 UTC

Whoa. Nobody else saw it? Fascinating. How do we confirm the seeing of things?

2021-01-01 18:43:13 UTC

How did they know which of the 5 results was the actual vote count

2021-01-01 18:43:50 UTC

You're asking the wrong questions.

2021-01-01 18:44:19 UTC

What are the right questions? How does seeing work isn’t doing it for me

2021-01-01 18:44:49 UTC

Same, which is why i disagree with your logic on Judges reviewing the evidence.

2021-01-01 18:44:54 UTC

Does this make sense now?

2021-01-01 18:45:11 UTC

Sure, some judges didn't look at the lawsuits.

2021-01-01 18:45:26 UTC

But they still generally had valid flaws.

2021-01-01 18:45:34 UTC

Fix the flaws if possible and try again.

2021-01-01 18:45:48 UTC

(assuming you aren't dismissed with prejudice.)

2021-01-01 18:46:23 UTC

Hey, now were getting somewhere at least. So which judges didn't look at the evidence and how do we determine that?

2021-01-01 18:46:26 UTC

Laches is kinda ehh.

2021-01-01 18:46:51 UTC

Typically cases that get thrown out prior to meritorious arguments.

2021-01-01 18:47:30 UTC

I think Texas's case was tossed out appropriately.

2021-01-01 18:47:43 UTC

As for the powell lawsuits, eh.

2021-01-01 18:48:14 UTC

The lawsuits contained evidence they wanted to present. The judges looked at the lawsuits.

2021-01-01 18:49:03 UTC

Laches wasn’t about fraud

2021-01-01 18:49:15 UTC

I mean, yeah the Texas case is your typical Texas Dogma. Not surprised there at all. Totally agree.

2021-01-01 18:49:50 UTC

It’s not too late to present evidence of fraud. That just seems to be missing.

2021-01-01 18:50:12 UTC

You still have not looked at my link I see.

2021-01-01 18:50:34 UTC

Actually many judges don't look at the merits of the suits if they don't pass the litmus test of standing and whatnot.
