@RobertGrulerEsq Unfortunately they deleted the VOD of the hearing, but fortunately I was able to record it in its entirety, I looked up some cursory glances at recording public court hearings and I didn't see anything to suggest it was against WI law to do so. I can clean it up (trim it) and send it to you if you'd like.

Illinois had stricter state laws that prohibited recording of the courtroom hearings.

What's your point? Many Corporations are publically traded... and you don't have to have a brand new IPO to have a public offering. Tesla announced another public offering of common stock (5 Billion) about a month ago

The I in IPO is "Initial" which is simple the first time that particular corporation's stock has been offered for sale. But they can make a subsequent offering, so a "Public Offering" as many times as they want. It dilutes the value of each share that is currently outstanding... but it happens weekly, if not daily.
