This one is worth talking about I think. I think they really tried.
Robert, after all the super serious streams and everything going on lately can you do a stream of some of the more funny lines of questioning by either prosecutors or defense attorneys. Kinda in the same way as https://www.police1.com/humor/articles/witty-officer-completely-destroys-lawyer-in-courtroom-PoNWLYTevIdtDUNL/

Trump just filed a lawsuit in New Mexico.
I live in New Mexico and I did receive several mail-in/absentee ballot applications for people who don’t live at my address. I’m glad the see this lawsuit.
@kennyb, you just advanced to level 5!
I know what you mean! I visited North Dakota for a few weeks before returning home then all of the sudden Instagram was sending me invitations asking, "Do you want a ballot to vote in North Dakota? I'm like WTH!
If only it would make a difference...
Sad but true.
Please check this out @RobertGrulerEsq
Really good work.
Could be useful to understand a little better how the SolarWinds thing happened
they didnt even have the needle attached to the syringe
Media in this day and time doesn't air any stories that supports law enforcement. They much rather support looters and criminal
I mean, I can tell you numerous reasons as to why: A huge swath of the population is not very happy with our current law enforcement and justice system.
Thanks.. yes pence one was probably something else to
saline maybe?
i dunno that injection was super fast
it was like the syringe was empty
or they used a massive needle, which he would have at least flinched
Eh, it’s not conclusive, but there’s no way these people actually took the vax.
All just for show.
yeah the pence one at least wasnt so laughable as this sadiq khan one
I don't know if you want to deal with this or not, but I am curious how this never got out there: https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/08/14/survivors-priest-sex-abuse-kamala-harris-chose-not-prosecute-single-abusive-priest/
I would argue this was a negative feedback loop of anxiety. ... She realized she was a bit dizzy, then her mind started racing questions "omg what did I do? should I? oh no, is this real life? ughhhh...." and had she not been on the spotlight... Likely would not have went into that mental feedback loop. ...Not good publicity but, publicity is publicity.

Rob, I am interested in knowing whether the president can direct the FBI to impound voting machines and perform forensic audits? After all, isn't he the boss of the FBI?

My comment to some point in the middle of this video lol: "The legislature has the franchisement, not the people that voted. If you want the popular vote to actually matter in the election process, then amend the Constitution. Otherwise, no there is no right to vote in America. It is a constitutional facade. ... As is standing as a legal theory. Harm to an individual affects their community."

Someone linked this article earlier as a finger-pointing at the slippery slope of claiming voter fraud when it may or may not be there. (Note: I am of the opinion that while slippery slopes are hyperbolic, sometimes we do go down the slippery slope gradually and it is just a quick analysis of the type of argument it appears to be. Sometimes a granular analysis reveals something else, other times a pyramid scheme is not a pyramid scheme. I dunno, there seems to always be exceptions to everything. Or maybe there are no exceptions... I digress.)
The incident occurred in October before the election. It is in no way connected to voter fraud allegations made after the elections which actually back up the pre-election warnings with actual occurrences or a need to investigate further.
The guy also had a problem back in 2003 so, well, he could have been a crazy. The 1 in 1,000,000 people that hear something and actually act on it in the most crazy way possible.
But he is likely not crazy. There was a lot of surveillance on the poor air-conditioning repairman which was the alleged victim in this article. If the guy was crazy, then the guy would not have tried to ensure that he had the right person to end up doing this to. Then again, he may have been trying to stop the guy to ask a few questions but when the situation turned south... His ex-police tactics kicked in from second-nature and he chased the guy. Dunno.
There is apparently an allegation that the repair-guy/victim had 750,000 fraudulent mail-in ballots and... heh... was "using Hispanic children to sign the ballots because the children's fingerprints would not appear in any databases".
I ain't a judge, prosecutor, or defense attorney. But I was an analyst in the Navy and even had a false accusation of espionage laid against me.
I could see myself in this guy's shoes.
Though it would need to be taken to a court because the election is not that important, regardless of how much we think it is.
