But yeah, if it's leaking from the front or back and not out the pan, it's likely front main/rear main or the oil pan seals.

If it's from the back that'd complicate things.

But the most common is cracks in the pan.

Given the constraints of infrequent use and not being connected to the Internet, I am fairly certain that all voting systems are going to be behind on security patches for their equipment. Usually that requires flushing the coolant.

Depends on the car. And valve cover gasket changes are pretty cheap. especially if you do it yourself. I used to work in an auto-shop.
