... what?

2020-12-03 18:12:33 UTC

I gotta go back a review

2020-12-03 18:14:13 UTC

1) I don't think anyone laughed, and laughing at that is highly inappropriate in my opinion. You're talking about someone's life ending. 2) I don't know if you're talking about Mr. Huber (Skateboard dude) or Mr. Rosenbaum (Dude first shot), Mr. Rosenbaum was not deceased until an hour or two after the shooting while in the hospital.

2020-12-03 18:14:20 UTC

Mr. Huber died on scene.

2020-12-03 18:15:24 UTC

Min 57:50 .. he asked is a crime in Wisconsin to commit a crime while masked.. correct?? Then someone laughed

2020-12-03 18:16:12 UTC

I belive that was mr. iPhone who laughed

2020-12-03 18:16:27 UTC

Mr. Huber's father laughed because he likely thought it abhorrent that someone would make the claim that Mr. Rosenbaum was a burglar.

2020-12-03 18:16:34 UTC

in a manner to show "shock" and "distaste"

2020-12-03 18:16:49 UTC

Yes i think was him .. judge said .. please refer from making noise please

2020-12-03 18:16:55 UTC

Also, he was not dead.

2020-12-03 18:17:06 UTC

He died a few hours later.

2020-12-03 18:17:25 UTC

but already showing signs of a class III hemorrhage.

2020-12-03 18:17:33 UTC

Shot in the head. ????

2020-12-03 18:17:36 UTC

So....dying.

2020-12-03 18:17:38 UTC

Not dead

2020-12-03 18:17:39 UTC
2020-12-03 18:17:41 UTC

Graced in the head.

2020-12-03 18:17:52 UTC

He wasnt talking for sure

2020-12-03 18:17:54 UTC

He was shot in the liver/inner groin.

2020-12-03 18:17:55 UTC

The shot that killed him was through the pelivis and a kidney.

2020-12-03 18:18:08 UTC

oh...liver, perhaps.

2020-12-03 18:18:09 UTC

He was shot, and he likely had extensive lung damage.

2020-12-03 18:18:48 UTC

I believe the died from the hemorrhage, judging from his clinical presentation while filmed lying on his back trying to get up.

2020-12-03 18:19:04 UTC

The autopsy results were available in the criminal complaint.

2020-12-03 18:19:11 UTC

oh, cool!

2020-12-03 18:19:17 UTC

can you link them to me?

2020-12-03 18:19:31 UTC

I just saw the referate. Never the actual report.

2020-12-03 18:19:33 UTC

It didn't say what the C.O.D was, or which impact I don't recall. I can get you the relevant text @Doc

2020-12-03 18:19:55 UTC

If you have the report, I would very much like that.

(Also people do live for extended periods after being shot in the head frequently, @MatiLuc ) Don't believe what you hear on TV all the time.

2020-12-03 18:22:55 UTC

Though it depends on your definition of live, I suppose.

2020-12-03 18:24:19 UTC

@MatiLuc Combat medicine rule of the thumb: shot through one hemisphere = red, shot through both = blue/black/red-green

2020-12-03 18:24:48 UTC

@Maw Id say that is a death from bloodloss.

2020-12-03 18:25:25 UTC

large arteries in lung, liver, pelvis, and the .223 is known to both tumble and flower (not same as expand) in terminal ballistics.

2020-12-03 18:25:40 UTC

Not much blood was seen, but I honestly can't say, as your chest is a space which can fill with blood before you even know you're bleeding badly.

2020-12-03 18:26:05 UTC

the only situation where you bleed outwards, is if the artery cant bleed in.

2020-12-03 18:26:23 UTC

Kyle was using specialty SD ammunition, it was rapid-fragmentation. Likely special JSP or special JHP.

2020-12-03 18:26:36 UTC

I once had a man delivered to my care with BP 50/0.

2020-12-03 18:26:49 UTC

His entire volum of blood was in his abdomen under pressure.

2020-12-03 18:27:26 UTC

So I don't expect tumbling was an issue.
