I dont know the american system, but that is a significant event in this one.
That detective went out of his way to help the defense.
Naw, his original statement was hugely in favor of the state.
He left out key details.
His original statement said "Anthony Huber approached Rittenhouse before being struck in the chest by a discharge of the defense's firearm" or something along those lines.
This is a prelim.....
Who laughed when they show the dead body.. with a cover mask
... what?
I gotta go back a review
1) I don't think anyone laughed, and laughing at that is highly inappropriate in my opinion. You're talking about someone's life ending. 2) I don't know if you're talking about Mr. Huber (Skateboard dude) or Mr. Rosenbaum (Dude first shot), Mr. Rosenbaum was not deceased until an hour or two after the shooting while in the hospital.
Mr. Huber died on scene.
Min 57:50 .. he asked is a crime in Wisconsin to commit a crime while masked.. correct?? Then someone laughed
I belive that was mr. iPhone who laughed
Mr. Huber's father laughed because he likely thought it abhorrent that someone would make the claim that Mr. Rosenbaum was a burglar.
in a manner to show "shock" and "distaste"
Yes i think was him .. judge said .. please refer from making noise please
Also, he was not dead.
He died a few hours later.
but already showing signs of a class III hemorrhage.
Shot in the head. ????
Not dead
Graced in the head.
He wasnt talking for sure
He was shot in the liver/inner groin.
The shot that killed him was through the pelivis and a kidney.
oh...liver, perhaps.
He was shot, and he likely had extensive lung damage.
I believe the died from the hemorrhage, judging from his clinical presentation while filmed lying on his back trying to get up.
The autopsy results were available in the criminal complaint.
oh, cool!
can you link them to me?
I just saw the referate. Never the actual report.
It didn't say what the C.O.D was, or which impact I don't recall. I can get you the relevant text @Doc
If you have the report, I would very much like that.
(Also people do live for extended periods after being shot in the head frequently, @MatiLuc ) Don't believe what you hear on TV all the time.
Though it depends on your definition of live, I suppose.
@MatiLuc Combat medicine rule of the thumb: shot through one hemisphere = red, shot through both = blue/black/red-green
