Those who still believe there was no fraud are the ones their parents never told not to talk to strangers.

2020-12-05 03:32:08 UTC

You don't go into reviewing evidence with the mindset of "this is fraud" or "x is guilty"

2020-12-05 03:32:26 UTC

I think the press coverage (or lack thereof) is part of the story!

2020-12-05 03:32:35 UTC

Or you end up with a broken enforcement system as we see today.

2020-12-05 03:32:36 UTC

Officer: "I'm sorry, but I am going to have to charge you with a dozen eggs in the mediumth degree!"

2020-12-05 03:32:41 UTC

That is why I am not an investigator. But, I could be just as unbiased investigating this as the FBI was "investigating" Carter Page.

2020-12-05 03:32:51 UTC

Actually the scientific method postulates you review evidence with a null hypothesis in mind. Hoping the evidence will disproof it.

2020-12-05 03:33:02 UTC

What's cognitive bias? Well little Timmy look at Mellissa Carone 3 months ago and then today after shes spent way too much time reading things online.

2020-12-05 03:33:33 UTC

follow where the evidence leads...

2020-12-05 03:33:48 UTC

@Bey minor fraud

2020-12-05 03:33:51 UTC

Follow where the monies lead.

2020-12-05 03:33:54 UTC

Do I think it should be investigated further? For sure.

2020-12-05 03:33:59 UTC

Listen to all the quiet is my theory here. Dems, antifa, states in question...all quiet, nothing to see. Speaks volumes

2020-12-05 03:34:02 UTC

But this is hardly evidence of fraud.

2020-12-05 03:34:26 UTC

Fraud in the colloquial or the legal sense?

2020-12-05 03:34:32 UTC

The money leads to Trumps family 😅

2020-12-05 03:34:33 UTC

Stuffing the ballot box is a federal crime

2020-12-05 03:34:34 UTC

@Maw what would you consider evidence of fraud?

2020-12-05 03:35:07 UTC

@WaffleWaffle Evidence that is tangible and can not be easily explained away.

2020-12-05 03:35:35 UTC

In terms of the flash drive handoff... I mean, I'm not sure that was a flash drive, but as someone who has lived in the Houston area for ~20 years, and who has found occasion to befriend folks from all walks of life, what I saw in that clip was what appeared to be a drug deal, or a "passing of notes" as it were.

The participants were aware of camera orientation, and saw fit to conceal their actions. I'd say it's less cognitive bias, and more, "I've spent my fair share of time in the 'hood."

2020-12-05 03:35:46 UTC

@Maw like what? Please be more specific.

2020-12-05 03:35:48 UTC

Not all deceptive practices are fraud in the legal sense. But in the colloquial and literary sense all deceptive practices are fraud.

2020-12-05 03:35:52 UTC

That's what the Ukraine has determined regarding Burisma, too. All roads lead to Trump!

2020-12-05 03:36:23 UTC

Stuffing the ballot box@Maw. Just verify signatures in audit. They never let poll watchers watch the separation of envelope. There’s a reason. To stuff the ballot box

2020-12-05 03:36:25 UTC

"If it wasn't for them kids and that dog, I would've gotten away!"

2020-12-05 03:36:39 UTC

Burisma Burisma Benghazi 🤣

2020-12-05 03:37:05 UTC

Burisma doesn't lead to Trump - it leads to Biden.

2020-12-05 03:37:10 UTC

yep, just an honest mistake!

2020-12-05 03:37:18 UTC

@WaffleWaffle You would want something to corroborate this as being something that leads to something else.

2020-12-05 03:37:28 UTC

100% true

2020-12-05 03:37:33 UTC

Like evidence of a tampered-with machine.

2020-12-05 03:37:43 UTC

Then you have something a bit more substantial.

2020-12-05 03:37:43 UTC

@ChairmanOfTheBored the big channel are not going to run a story that is 1/3 dubious. And ruin or get some kill

2020-12-05 03:37:59 UTC

@Maw Have you ever heard of the Skidmore case?

2020-12-05 03:38:40 UTC

I still say if they Democrats they SHOULD NOT BE COUNTING DEMOCRAT VOTES. SAME WITH REPUBLICANS

2020-12-05 03:38:54 UTC

@Whithers The burden of proof is going to be a much higher bar when you're asking to overturn election results.

2020-12-05 03:38:54 UTC

Hunter shouldn't get a good paying job on his dad's name. Trumps kids should get paid a million a year for life for doing nothing. Hrm.

2020-12-05 03:39:55 UTC

@Maw pull out the ballots and forensic audit. They should match poll books. Many were ran thru multiple times. Some forensic audit should prove fraud if it’s there. All the affidavits prove an audit is needed. Signature forensic audit

2020-12-05 03:40:07 UTC

@HappyHappyHappy Why? That sounds too complicated, also their is privacy for most of the way through the process, so people shouldn't even be seeing votes.

2020-12-05 03:40:25 UTC

@Maw Person had repeatedly gotten away with crimes from cattle rustling through assault to rape. Finally the community got fed up with it and he was shot in broad daylight. The entire town was there and no one saw anything. Eventually the public will get tired of waiting for someone to make a difference.

2020-12-05 03:40:31 UTC

@pinkie2 If they were ran through multiple times, hand counts would fix this no?
