@Roadtrek Girl, you just advanced to level 2!
Yeah, it's possible, but why risk the riots?
@Imnotgas what is map?]
electoral votes of the lawsuit
lol
A group of GA state Senators DID file amicus with Tx in SCOTUS against their own stateπβπ»πβπ»π
@Stygian Abyss I hear ya! BUT if this stuff isn't caught now America could be gone! It already seems to be disappearing before us.
@imnotgas thank you
I tried to tell here hours ago. No one believed me
@ImNotGas what do the differnent colors mean -- I am in KY.
America been gone since Trumps sparsely attended inauguration
red joined trump side, blue joined defendants, yellow sued states
I heard PA atate legislatures are planning to file amicus with TX scotus too
@Dedkraken Oh man, really? I was at the inauguration. It was PACKED up towards the front where I was. You know I didn't fully appreciate all that Trump has done for AMERICA until the last few months when I quit the legacy media etc.
I am glad trump has brought trash talking political opponents into acceptable political discourse
its much more entertaining now
I think the PA response may not be relavant
The suit is not determining any level of ballot veracity.
It is primary that this happened under rules changed by non legislation
SCOTUS t doesn't care if everything ok with votes (and there is much evidence it was not ok(
They can't let Sec States or Voting groups to determine election rules today and in future
Otherwise thee Founding Fathers "WE WERE JUST KIDDING"
@PROJECTMAN, you just advanced to level 1!
@Roadtrek Girl to be fair trump was largely ineffectual the first few years due to relying on mitch mcconnel for staff picks
No youtube tonight?
hes taking a day for a mani pedi
@ImNotGas agreed about it all being more engaging. I have had some KY bourbon so sorry to be dense but what does sued states mean? The states have joined lawsuit maybe.
the states that texas sued
Agree @project. This is about not following state legislature law. Rogue actors changing laws with state legislatures not getting to amend laws
YT may censor these sensitive topics now.
@ImNotGas I still think now, after really researching stuff that he has done more for putting America first because he wasn't a life politician. I don't think he thought he would win, but when he did cause
i think rob will be able to lawyerspeak his way around the censors
Laws were broken. Scotus will send it back to state legislatures to decide electors if itβs found laws were broken...and they were
That was the thoughts of many in 1775 why pissof the Brits...
Glad we did so folks could demonstrate..not riot
And get sued for their trouble. Lots of lawyers on YT.
@txgho, you just advanced to level 1!
We are just discussing law or he is with us
If this goes through and states are allowed to meddle in other states elections, this will happen election after election. These states have sovereignty over their elections and don't have to answer to anyone but the US Constitution and code. It's a 4yo complaining that big bro or big sis aren't doing it right. It's like my aspy son that throws fits when things aren't done his way.
@Stygian Abyss, you just advanced to level 1!
@ImNotGas sorry hit return button -- he won because we are desperate for a change -- he has gone over and above and done more for our country in 3 years than presidents might do in 8.
State legislature always has the electors. They just are afraid to take it back
If the states legislatures had made the changes this would not go to SCOTUS.
Afraid? π
@Stygian Abyss but isn't that the problem -- the states in the suit per the suit were not following their STATE CONSTITUTIONS -- so isn't the TX sit speaking on behalf of their voters as well. I have watched HOURS and HOURS of testimonies from people who have supplied affidavits.
@Roadtrek Girl, you just advanced to level 3!
