To be fair, losing friends and family which she herself alienated with her Qtard shtick is viewed by some as lending credence to her claims. If you look at it like that, literally everything is evidence that she is onto something. She is the poster child for that mentality.

So, I was thinking about my journey to apply for a rifle / shotgun license where I live here in NY. For where I live, you need to submit what amounts to a 40 page application to the NYPD just for the ability to purchase a rifle / shotgun (separate application for a handgun) to keep in your home.

While thinking about this, and for now I am not going to bother spending the $350 non-refundable application fee to do so, I was thinking about the Heller decision and got to reading this great article about the strict scrutiny standard applied in Heller:
