Crime is an issue, just not adressed often if it's not natives being chavs because it happens by certain demographics

Generally it seems unenforceable and if they frisk you and find one you need a 'valid reason'

Crime is an issue everywhere, the problem is that UK cops took the "community outreach" program mentality too far, and are too afraid of hurting criminals feelings to actually enforce the law effectively
