Well a lot of people committing the sins you speak of are all just fine, and not suffering at all

So that doesnt make any sense

they seek the world, and so they have their rewards already. do not mistake the joy of sin for the love of Spirit

if sin wasn’t pleasurable, then there would be no need for laws against it

if the heart could be trusted, then Jesus would not tell us to reject our hearts

Nature created enjoyable substances, the human body was made for peasure

animals were made for pleasure. you are not an animal.

this is a test. it would be easy if you succeeded by doing what felt good. Suffering is a virtue, and the Spirit is its own reward.

you will find, once you reject your temptations, that the joy you feel from inside is as a stone that does not move despite how the winds blow. the joy from sin is a straw house that blows away, leaving you in your fear of death. you know this

so many never try, and so they never know. i do not fear the reaper, that is true happiness. i know this is not the end

I understand what you're saying but I don't believe in god, at least not in the bible sense

@Bibleman We are veted here. That is not acting against us. Adversary is an job description meaning someone who test us. Vets us to see are we truly close to God or just making out like we are close to God.

I do not see the adversary in the Old Testament the same as Satan in the New Testament or Enoch.

Job passed the test. God gave him it all back and more. Had this not happened Job would have had less in the end.

The Satan in the New Testament fights against us for his own exoneration.

I was the same, until I dabbled in sorcery seeking pleasure and saw into the spiritual world, and realized there was a hidden world behind the world. Then I sought to go the opposite and instead of enticing me with sin, they began their attacks. You may not believe in God, but there is a hidden society behind closed doors that knows what I know and so they oppress me. They want you being an atheist, so that you become a good slave.

When we do something like that there is a price to pay. Getting out of it is no easy task.

Just for the rest of their life and perhaps three or more lifetimes. Eternity is not a punishment I can possibly believe in. No good loving God would do that as I see it.

Dreams can have meaning. Or they can just be dreams. When you are in the state of being tested they may all have meaning. I agree.

there is meaning in everything we see. we just don’t always grasp it. i do not believe in coincidence or randomness

They are riddles. Dark often. Meaning is often difficult to discern. Especially when being tested real hard.
