@FACINEMA Intermittently, though in the processing of reforming. Dropped ~50 pounds since joining, and I'm getting ready to start hitting the weights pretty soon, probably after the conference. I have a tall frame, and I'm in the normal range for body fat and BMI, verging on fitness 😎
If you want utility cardio carrying heavy weights long distances over rough Terrain is probably a more real life
