You will get a latitude dependent precession rate with pendulums
You will get a latitude dependent coriolis force
And you will get an eotvos effect which means the apparent weight changes as you go east/west

Making these inertial forces to be actual forces will be super complicated and you need a bunch of arbitrary stuff to make it work
Regardless, you're assuming a lot of stuff for the sake of discussion. Do you debate FE'ers a lot? You should just try to prove some of these inertial forces and see what happens.
