Unless its against the national security of the country the government should have no business in your day to day life.
i don't know
Yes
Bow knows what's up
minimal involvement. get involved if people are causing harm to someone else's life, liberty, and property. but otherwise there's more important things for the govt to worry about.
I like an authoritarian rule with freedom of speech
But it will never work like thar
That
That sounds like a good idea
If its against the interest of national security government should be involved for the greater good of the country over the privacy of the individual that could be a risk to national security.
but only in theory
Yep
I'm a fascist, so anything that is deemed to be in the interest of the nation.
So imma deport Erika cuz shes 10
Im just extremely nationalist.
@t r u e Also fascist is thrown around a lot what does it exactly mean?
I have read A squire's trial but it doesn't really give me a complete answer.
governance in accordance with natural law
Well, it's a hierarchical form of government rather than one that celebrates democracy. There are some "freedoms" to do things that are harmful to the individual and the nation that I don't think are beneficial. Extreme individualism is harmful. So some things democratic societies might consider "freedoms" would likely be regulated by government.
Seems like a good system, though is there any way to stop corruption at higher levels of government?
Nope its full rule of one party.
Its a dictatorship by party
Its for a state of national defense
@Victor Von Doom you may find this useful to read too, if you haven't already.
Fascism has a socialist economy, which is why I don’t personally like it.
Its based off socialism as its founder Benito Mussolini was socialist before creating the Fascist party.
They have the same economic values due to this, but with fascism everything is to the best interest of the nation. The one party rules the nation as long as possible, no other parties exist.
As with all systems, there is the risk of corruption. How this is dealt with depends on the exact system. A fascist form of government may take one of several forms. I would say that democracy is corrupted by people voting for individual interests and politicians looking out for the same. I think democratic systems tend to look out for the rich and an oligarchy of unelected billionaires is worse than a system of government that has a set of ground rules and courts to keep it in check.
re. corruption, using NS germany as an example, gun ownership was legal
except for merchants and other troublesome tricksters
Isn't Giovanni Gentile the philosopher behind it?
idk who originally came up with it tbh
Mussolini made fascism
there are a large amount of philosophers that have contributed to the ideological foundation of fascism, gentile co-wrote (or ghost wrote) mussolini's fascist manifesto, and did a lot of synthesizing of older philosopher's works
Yes but Benito Mussolini is the accredited founder of the party.
I don't so much support the Mussolini's version of fascism as, IIRC, it was government centric. I think government gets it's meaning from the people, not the other way around. At the center of every decision must be what is good for the people and government must serve the people, not the person.
Well yes but fascism is a one party system so its not good for the interests of the people as a whole due to everyone having different views.
@Pinochet fascism can't be socialistic.
It rejects it.
Yet its economy is
