If you are saying that Kemp as secretary of state could and did affect this, why you won't say that for Pennsylvania, where you have a Democrat appointee as Secretary of State. Not only ACLU official, not exactly a Conservative organisation, said that they had never seen so much problem with absentee ballots, at least four polling places were changed in the last two days.
One location not only did not open in time, but also did not have any voting equipment which arrived after 3 hours. One of the polling places had a sign on its door saying "Vote Straight Democrat", which strangely, the officials did not see until 1 pm.
In fact the Kemp case is funnier. After they called it voter suppression because a place only had 3 voting machines and not eight, (even though there were places where Democrat appointees were Secretary of State that had zero voting machines), Civil Rights group at the last minute filed a lawsuit against Kemp. They knew Kemp was in the election committee, so why wait for last minute? Well, because it was clear at that time that the margin would be very narrow.
If you go to each county's page, you can see similar problems as that occurred in Gwinett County. The reason why Democrats are focused on Georgia is because the margin is very thin, and strangely not Pennsylvania, where the stuck the sign on the polling station door endorsing Democrat candidates.
