He was famous for his nationalization of key industry.
Corporatism is not socialism
Particualrly infrastrucute.
Thats where "Mussolini makes the trains run on time" saying comes from.
@FLanon Well it's more complicated than that, allow me to explain.
Muslim newborns in France:

Absolutely horrid
@FLanon Yes, Mussolini did coerce and inventivize a group of politically-loyal bussiness owners and allow them to establish monopolies over key parts of the industry in an effort to retain greater control over the private sector, but that was actually small in scale, the majority of industry was nationalized, including but not limited to trains, automobile manufacturing (partial), most natural resources, and many other aspects.

😢
Oh really?
What an absolute travesty
@FLanon You ever read this book?
The biggest support for the Front National is in Southern France, its pretty easy to see why when looking at that Graph
Good book, includes a lot of information about Italy.
Including Mussolini.
I wish to immigrate to Italy one day.
Rome was amazing.
I've been.
I am aware that Mussolini did nationalize quite a few industries in his time
Sadly, the refugees have spread to the city of Rome now.
@FLanon ehhh...
I mean
Again
Its very complicated
Yes, certainly, there was intervention in the economy
Sometimes it was full government control and seizure without compensation, and sometimes it was national charters, or elevating loyal workers to shareholder positions.
He didn't stick to one technique.
Either way, a lot of the things he did were straight of out Marx.
I would call that very distinct from socialism, I am someone who believes in pragmatic intervention
I see.
