This will be a channel dedicated to strictly Bushcraft/Survival and the sort.
Bush craft and survival are extremely necessary within Minecraft.
Knowing how to survive on little to nothing and use your surroundings is one of the most important things you can learn.
Alright, just to get this started. What's everyone's favorite bushcrafting knives?
Bone
Recently dicked around with hardening after cooking had good effects
I like Morakniv
That's very intesting hunter. That's some hardcore survival shit. Hahaha.
Heard good things on Morakniv. I have an ESEE 4
It's really more of a small spear than a knife but we do likes the elk ridge set. Meh blade quality but it works. Benchmade is local here for fancy stuff that's top level
Alright, hey I dig it. If it works, it works.
You should filter rain water, right?
Yes
100% yes
I'm gonna go with yes
I would just boil rain water if it has sat or wasn't collected from clean equipment
Hey gents. I still have my ruck and e tool from the army (of course CIF said its too dirty to return😂) would y’all recommend getting an assault pack instead of using a ruck as a go bag? And do y’all even recommend carrying around the E tool?
How much stuff are you planning on carrying?
Well I’m new to packing my own shit. Used to having a layout for gear. Weight isn’t as much a problem. Was a 13F while in so I’m used to having a heavy ruck. I’m just looking to get a bag together that’ll last me at least 3 days off grid
Thanks man. Gonna watch that right now
For 3 days I'd say invest in a quality assault pack and learn to live longer than 3days with what you can carry in there in your AO. Even if you can ruck a huge pack all day no sweat, there's no sense weighing yourself down more than necessary. My two cents.
Exactly. I can ruck it but i’d prefer not to. Video was super helpful by the way. I’m just starting to build up my bag but so far I’ve got radio, water filtration (tablets and a portable filter), poncho with grommets, 550 cord. Im sure I’ve barely scratched the surface so if you have any recommendations i’d love to hear them.
Also working on building up a med bag (gonna have my girl carrying that gear, besides my IFAK, because she’s in the medical field) but I’m pretty sure I’ve got a good idea on what I need for that
Add or take out based on need, basic checklist I use
@Pat.Henry I highly suggest you go check out Hill People Gear’s videos on levels of equippage
@Crye_Salesman thank you man I’ll check that out too
i'd say imaboouot 10% through that list
If you need any help with that medical bag list, feel free to contact me.
@[LA] Zoomer Medi/k/ imma DM you

Red Green show is a great inspiration for large off grid projects
I watch a lot of Corporal's Corner.
Red Green is to give you inspiration and let you figure out how to do it better
