I have their 1.5x4 ptac
I like it quite a bit for a budget LPVO
I sent in one of my first ever scopes to bushnell for repair. Their 223 1-4x24. They ended up sending me a brand new LPVO 1-4x24. Didn’t even tell me they were going to do that
Im surprised how clear the glass is. It’s not a bad scope at all. I paid 50$ for the one I sent in. They send me a 299$ for free
Idk if anyone has posted this yet but
I'll also check the pawn shops when I'm ready to buy the rifle. Seems all they carry are fudd guns around here
@GRANITE Not friends with, just messed around with him and his GF in comments sections a few times. Had his GF threaten to taze me once and said I wasn't invited to her house.
Lmfaooo
ddt nikon stop making scopes
This thing looks interesting. Apparently holds 0.5 moa. I wouldn't get the cf barrel version though since i don't trust it
https://christensenarms.com/modern-precision-rifle/
For a 16" barrel, .5 MOA? Nice.
22"
Oh is it 22? I was on their site..
Ooooh, yeah. There it is.
There are a 16" or 22"
Wait, and 27"
They also make carbon fiber stocks for the 700
Sorta eh though, shave a pound off the magpul stock
@Artemis I wound go read the snipers hide forum thread on that
Yeah that's a no from me dawg
Not getting a Christensen arms
Just gonna go with a magpul 700. Maybe some day when I'm good enough with it to warrant it, I'll have a fancy barrel put in like a krieger or something
So, SHTF, what to do with guns i can't carry?
I dont wanna leave them puppies, but realistically I could carry a rifle and pistol on me with a backpack on
If you have close friends and family who you don't want dying, you could lend them
I mean, cache them somewhere real good? Bury them or something?
Doing some reading about tikka and it kinda seems you get more for your money than the remington 700 with a decent aftermarket too
Tikkas are great rifles from everything I've heard.
this has me convinced
Remington 700s are overhyped. Everyone wants them because it's what the military adopted, and then their prices raised. Good rifles, but overhyped.
If you have the money, Tikka is a good choice.
I went with the Mossberg MVP Precision, because it's still sub-MOA and I liked the furniture and stock better than the Ruger Precision.
It looks like the tikka t3x is about the same price, sometimes cheaper, but shoots .25-.5 moa
with what people seem to say is a better action
I may replace the stock later so it's no big deal to me
Wait, how much are Tikkas these days?
I was used to seeing them for around 2k
they have models that are 2k with fancy stocks but the one that the picture above is from costs right at about 1k
Oh nice. Yeah, that's a good price.
