No reason of mental illness

Guessing either a family member, acquaintance, or workmate turned them in. Possibly someone on Facebook. If their record is spotless, that'd really be the only way.
I suppose they should appeal it first but have people in the area on high alert.

The date and the fact he blacked out his name on the paperwork doesn't make sense. Especially after asking for immediate assistance and refusing to give an address.
