If he wants to fight then that's the route he'll go and folks need to be ready to back him up in the event that happens. But I do agree that a relatively peaceful resolution would be ideal. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.

Not sure, but if he does... that's when a FOB is set up with a QRF on standby.
If he himself without coercion or suggestion has decided to seek legal counsel then there's nothing anyone can do. That's his decision to make and that's fine. But from what I'm reading here is that he has not made this decision on his own(or at all still haven't received confirmation on that) but that it is being heavily suggested to him.
Again, without confirmation, judgement is withheld. If he made the decision himself it's not on the bois, they're simply doing what Rick wants.

That's fine, if that's what he wants to do then it is what it is, I've said that proooobably three times now in this thread. But at the end of the day that decision needs to be his and his alone. Talking to a lawyer or not... dropping any plans of a QRF is irresponsible especially after one was offered and is now expected...

QRF was being discussed and in early development as of 5am that where this situation was. Woke up to a message on here saying that that they are dropping all plans for QRF( after extending an offer of back up and having that offer accepted) and talking him into getting a lawyer.
