Of course, that’s if you get on a list in the first place.
oh boy
VPNs are very easy tp bypass if youre the federal gov
youll almost never not be tracked someway somehow so if you really wanna not be tracked get a virtual machine use duckduckgo or tor browser, and have everything on 1 hard drive you can throw in a microwave
also never post pictures you took with your phone or snapchat bc idk if yall know this but theres programs out there that you can just put the image in and it tells you the metadata which says your exact location
some guy i know saved pictures from peoples facebook where their "secret" fishing spot was and then used the program to find out where it was
Imagine not knowing how to disable or bypass metadata on a photo
Or imagine posting pics of your "secret" fishing spot. Dumbass😂
*people dont even know what metadata is*
*it's data that flows thru a system of tubes*
In my best old Alaskan Senator Ted Stevens voice😂
Thats some top shelf humor right there gentlemen
Got my Mission Darkness Farady Bag in today. Got it for work, but in case anyone is curious, it blocked all signals from getting to/from my phone. Good if you're trying to stay dark but don't wanna turn your phone off in case you need to be able to access it without turning it back on.
Nice, yea i was looking into getting one myself
If you're that worried about being monitored through your computer, build a raspberry pi with a linux variant and use it for comms and secure storage.
Ooh. I forgot about raspberry pi. Those suckers are cool.
Me: I hope I don't do anything that gets me tracked.
Government:
Is raspberry pi 2 still good to go then?
I would assume not. But just because they aren't watertight doesn't mean they aren't good.
Just cause you tell it to disable doesn't mean it actually does..

@Bogs_Bunny right, all the firmware is still there.
It would make sense for feds not to want spyware on THEIR computers.
Do you think flashing my motherboard with custom firmware would stop it?
Like Coreboot/Libreboot? Depends on the model.
Core 2 Duo era Thinkpads can be flashed with Libreboot which comes with a true ME disabler
Could I still dual boot my Win10 and Linux? Or do I need some crazy specific OS too?
Linux works, Windows does not unless you are using a virtual machine.
BSD is fine too
Hmm. Sadness. I have two drives in my laptop. One running windows for video games and a very small handful of programs and the other drive running Linux Mint for everyday browsing, working, etc.
Guess I could go with two computers someday.
I'll have to get better with VMs and emulators.
If I sound like a dumbass it's because I have a firm grasp on some things and am clueless about others. Like I literally just learned about PSP and Intel ME.
Nah you're good that's just the way of the world, I'm the same way.
