On one hand, it makes sense to use the military since it already has a massive distribution network.
On the other hand, sounds sketch. Vaccines are cool, but forced vaccines are not.
If I were a government official who wanted to deliver something like a vaccine to thousands of locations all over the country at once, I'd probably use the military. I don't know that any postal service has that sort of infrastructure.
