I'm surprised by you guys mentioning people actually getting arrested. Last I Hurd the police didn't want to arrest anyone due to Covid-19. Like I work at a hospital and some dude on his 5th DUI hit a cop car at a DUI checkpoint and the police were just gonna write a citation. The only reason they arrested him was because after your 5th DUI is a felony I believe

I think the biggest risk to him is if the cops are trying to arrest people who organized or planned to attend the open carry rally, which it sounds like they did to at least one or two other people.
