You can either adopt the *1984* concept where the upper class is the ruling party, and the middle-upper, middle, and lower-middle class are all being monitored and babysat very carefully while the lower class get to be careless and become indoctrinated.

OR you can adopt the *Brave New World* concept where the upper class, middle-upper, and middle are formed as one ruling group that distance themselves away(by distinguishing themselves one way or another) from the lower-middle and lower classes who are essentially sedated and oppressed(but a lack of self-awareness prevents them from realizing this)

However if those are two radical for you, we can just continue what we're doing right now with Trump's administration.

I think you're right in the sense that we have completely stopped pushing towards important programs and law changes for the betterment of the country. However, I also think its important to hold everyone accountable. No matter where they stand politically.

Clinton should be charged for utilizing an unsafe email to conduct government business.
If it were found that Trump directly worked with Russia, then he ought to be charged too.
