However, while illegal immigration is an issue, the US government has been shown to be directly breaking their own refugee laws in how they handle asylum seekers from Mexico, Nicaraugua and other Central American countries. They are legally required, by their own law, to process the applicant fully
The solution is open borders between the US, Canada, and Mexico
