Yeah a man doesn't necessarily have to act like a man to be a man, straight or not. Same goes for a women. It isn't really sexist but more just brought upon by the simple stereotypes that male and female have created for themselves.

I am trans and I think there are only two genders. I also believe people have the right to call themselves non binary. But, I think any gender which cannot be expressed by a direct correlation to primary or secondary sexual characteristics is not a gender but rather a personality.

I think the fact we are no longer looking up to the stereotypical family is tearing our country apart
