More reliably you should say, "if a car is painted Torch Red by a car factory, it is by its vin blue. And if it is wrapped in a Metallic Blue, it is still a red car. You just see it as blue. Because its been covered in blue.
You can typically tell when someone has made synthetic alterations to their body. Sometimes you can't actually. But usually you can. There are the biological signs.
Authoritarian PC culture is pretty wack admittedly. But it would be inhumane to at least not have some concern for someone's emotions. We don't just go around insulting people. At least make the effort to avoid calling someone who is very obviously a man trying to appear as a woman a man. Because it would hurt their feelings. Non politically.
Thank God we've progressed so far as a society that now people can't even figure wtf gender they are and we give hormone blockers to children and chop our genitals off
