It's not illegal to say the N word but there is some social norms involved with using it
It was a word that originated from slavery in the US which had a negative connotation
So in the society of today it is accepted by most that a white person saying that word would be bad because whites used those words to insult and degrade blacks in the past
Huh apparently the bot here doesn't like that word. Well, I don't like limiting freedom of speech. N word, R word, whatever. But for fear of being ostracized, I wouldn't use the word except around close friends or in an anonymous online setting.
