So you believe i am calling black people dumb. How about you look up the actual studies that define why blacks are in the situation that their in. Africa is a great example as the average IQ for blacks is around 70. Hmmmm i wonder why. Its because genetics matter. If we look at any other country you will se that blacks will mostly hold the trophy for lowest IQ. Any mdeical physician would deem anybody with an IQ less than 70 to be "Mentally-Retarded".

Disproving the actual studies done by people who have no bias on certain ethnicities is quite the understatement.

It's called Heredibility of IQ. The fact that your think genetics and IQ have no correlation just shows you've clearly been educated wrongly.
IQ goes from being weakly correlated with genetics, for children, to being strongly correlated with genetics for late teens and adults.
Show me a study. The argument isn’t about correlation.
