2019-05-18 05:41:21 UTC

Some people may argue we have become more depressed

The 50s were better tbh

2019-05-18 05:42:15 UTC

People living in a community, even religious, seem to be happier

2019-05-18 05:42:21 UTC

Youd be stuck in a suburb with a bunch of depressed wives

2019-05-18 05:42:51 UTC

We are connected but lonelier than ever

2019-05-18 05:43:05 UTC

wont deny that

2019-05-18 05:43:08 UTC

preach it

2019-05-18 05:43:39 UTC

There is a strong argument that we shouldn't redistribute wealth during the automation revolution

2019-05-18 05:44:10 UTC

Because people won't be happier receiving money from the government, they already lost meaning in their life

2019-05-18 05:44:58 UTC

Maybe if we didn't help them, they would have had found themselves some meaning trying to survive

2019-05-18 05:48:21 UTC

So maybe socialism isn't so good after all

2019-05-18 07:03:34 UTC

Capitalism is the best

Any book recommendations for a person trying to learn economics for the first time? I understand that there are different economic views from different school of thoughts but I'd rather read it in a chronological timeline of when the theory/ideas came about. Any suggestions?

2019-05-20 14:35:47 UTC

Ehh pure socialism is almost that

2019-05-20 15:34:43 UTC

No, it's really not @Gerry

2019-05-20 15:34:53 UTC

No socialist literature calls for that
