the point was that a good mom is more stimulating for a young child than a good dad, on average
I don't think anyone is using the term "every" or "all." I just think it's pointless to bring up the #NotAll argument because it's inherently an argument from a position of bad faith.
of course we need to keep the birth rate over 1x (assuming we actually want to increase an area's population) but that doesn't mean you should make blanket rules over an entire gender
