Oh i dunno I didn't view the site, just recalling the fears of MSG so many years ago and how it didn't scare me away from eating any foods, particularly places like panda express.
i mean, thats good, given its just extra tasty salt, but the website is very informative
i heard it as a food preservative chemical, so i guess thats correct but it was always talked about like some cancerous thing a mad scientist cooked up in a beaker
MSG forms naturally in foods tomatoes, eggs, chicken, potatoes, many cheeses, and even human breast milk.
It must be stopped at all costs.
of course it was talked about as some cancerous thing, it would be bad form to be overtly racist.
so instead they picked some thing common in the food they sold
