you can do everything perfect, but other people dont operate like that. so you're still at risk

not sure yet, haven't gotten all the details, but sounds like someone sideswiped him this time.
... but I'm serious, he gets in at least 2 or 3 of these a year for the past decade he's been driving.
his reaction was to call me and tell me, "... got in an accident, gonna be about 30 minutes late while cop fills out forms, can you toss a frozen pizza in so it'll be ready when I get home?"
