Germany is left wing, gues the GDR needs to return
America gets a blue government, guess red states should all secede to end the tyranny of Washington or whatever
thats pretty simplistic analysis
the EU as a political institution is recent
So is the nation state
It's not that old
modern nation states have been around for 300 years or more
anyway
Not really
the chalice is too poisoned either way
why not burn it to the ground and rebuild a different supranational european poltiical bloc
You could go with that but nobody is trying it right now and it'd be risky to be the first to try
So you'd need to wait for several right wing governments to come into power
i dont see a new EU emerging for a while after this one falls
Than coordinate them leaving
what i can imagine is a balkanization
And have the block be viable
UK becomes a US vassal (atlanticists)
more join the visegrad group
Visegrad group is entirely part of the Nato system
Which would leave us way too weak
against who
russia?
china?
Germany and Scandinavian countries put together would hardly be relevant on the world stage and have issues forming a viable trade block
Nato of course
Visegrad is too sympathetic to America to ever leave Nato and ultimately remain part of the system
A Germany on its own would have a hard time
the EU was CIA approved from the start
lets not pretend like its so different from NATO
i think germany an Eu as a whole want to ally with russia and just get cheap resources for their industrial economies. the biggest obsticale for this is NATO and Visegrad countries which are so butthurt about their former occupator they can no longer sit straight.
i mean
Exactly Vex
i can see why the visegrad coutnries arent so trusting of mother russia
Several states within Eu want to end sanctions with russia
but visegrad
just wants to suck American cock frankly
It doesn't matter that the EU was CIA approved when it's developed its own set of interests
Independent of Nato west of the pond
Nato is Americanism at this point.
