Just because it's not listed in the Constitution doesn't mean it's not a right.

Those are root human rights.

Gun ownership? Property.
Healthcare? Life.
The problem with those is that only one of the 3 you could accomplish without tools
Kidnapping deprives liberty, murder deprives life, theft deprives property.
You cant have a gun without purchasing one
But you can defend yourself without a gun
You can't have a printing press without buying one either.

Healthcare absolutely is a right.
Gun ownership is not THE right, the right Grant's gun ownership

The right to own a gun is the right to property.
Well as far as it goes healthcare is a right
But you gotta be careful on how you word it
You should be allowed to go and seek Healthcare in whatever means you can that don't violate a other's right.
