everyone works what best they can without a special reward, so taht everyone can survive due to enough production being made and no one being left out

its about "i'm a doctor, i save lives daily, and i don't need the extra money, here someone else can have it" same for workers, farmers, engineers, scientists etc

I wouldn't say that humans are lazy by default.

because if a doctor or somewhat with the fortitude to be one can get by with the same rewards of being a janitor, why would they push themselves? there has to be an initative.. humans aren't that altrustic to think it would happen otherwise

and socialists/communists always think they'll be the ones at the top

But they forget that even a society where everyone gets food/water/tools etc
needs people picking up trash and poop

At least in US culture, I'd wager that people are most unhappy when they're unproductive.

You've got to consider the reasoning behind different career choices. Some people arrive at the same career through different paths and personality types.

not enough people would study for months on end, whole evenings etc whilst their counterparts go out and bang chicks cuz, who cares, you get paid the same, you get the same house and car value

You've got doctors that want to help people, you've also got doctors who like the godlike power of life/death.

Some do it out of empathy, some do it out of ego.

thriving is competition.. all species are in competition

yes, and a big fat paycheck is good motivation too
