he missed a lot of things
Low wages are the result of there being more supply than demand for workers (illegals, low skilled plebs)
So companies don't have to raise wages to attract people, they can pick any pleb and demand low wages because if you dont like it they'll just pick someone else
And with that high supply of labor-fit people, that can't get a job, you get high taxes because someone has to pay for their welfare whilst they look for a new job
'for you ten others'
Well, you can learn, sure. But when I went into interviews, they wanted my degree first
I'm a software engineer.
so am i
shipped products would have had greater value
me also, though specialised in computer game development
without that, my education is all i had
@Dr.Wol same. although my full degree was officially computer science

I'm an Mtech, so we may be different
had to deal with it, prefer opentk
how well versed are you in opentk? 😛

@Deleted User Mtech?
You guys don't have it there?

Medical is hell here
ooooh, okay.

And end up jobless

yeah
MS CS, master of science in computer science
@Deleted User yes, that would make things very different
Where do you guys live?
Netherlands
US
I don't know about netherlands, but i'm pretty sure they don't offer mtech in the US
Unless i'm wrong
no, at least not by that name anyway.
how many years of schooling?
and what prerequisites?
not by that name
In the western world, Masters degrees are refered as Master of Science (which is broadly around tech)
or for non-tech, Master of Arts
Here we have masters degrees, which usually require a Bachelor degree. That is usually a total of 6 years after leaving high school (or secondary school i believe for you Europe folks) aka school usually taken after turning around 18 or so
