Some people will like their ideas regardless of them being debunked or challenged (in some cases that'll just encourage them to like it) but overall it is a better, more free way of speech.

yup, and those are the lost cases, its hard to bring the extremes to moderation and those shouldn't necessarily be the goal, but perhaps those that aren't as extreme.
