- More jobs than people, so theres good money going around
- High amount of natural resources

Norway for example, is sitting on the largest pile of oil in the world,

but instead of giving that money to everyone, they're using it to pay for social programs

I doubt Americans would oppose to that model, if they sat on a resource worth trillions, so they don't have to pay for those extra costs in taxes
