Thx. He was on Joe Rogan's podcast several days ago (last week?) and it came up too.
For someone whos favourite (or at least most cited book) is "To kill a mockingbird" jimmy does keep strange company 😉
Regarding Ellison, when even Vox is giving even-handed coverage to the allegations you know this story has legs.
I doubt the DNC can bury this for another three months.
We had a bee swarm once. I called a guy to come collect it and he gave us some jars of their honey next year
BEES?!?!?!
RE: Ellison. We all knew wahmen were below muslims on the progressive stack.
Still waiting for Chealsea Handler to kick up a fuss about this...
Lmao
>as he turned back a media request to release juror information.
I have some more articles on this ^
Why exactly are the names and addresses of the jurors in any way shape or form relevant to anything?! Or is it just for cnn to blackmail them like the guy that made the trump-cnn-bodyslam-gif?
https://sevvie.ltd/essays/censorship-tool-media-trusts/
They're relevant to CNN's bottom line.
And they're relevant to antifa or whatever other crew of thugs the lefties want to sic on them.
Jurors must be shown through force that there is only one acceptable verdict.
They must be impartial and do what they're fucking told.
I guess the left must prefer bench trials because that way they can ensure the right judges are assigned to the right cases.
„The left“ wants trials?
Gotta have trials. Even when you're just going to bring the poor sap into the next room and shoot him.
Is there precedent for releasing the names of jurors even before a verdict has been reached?
I'm ignorant and probably blinded by tribal hatred but I can't see any justifiable reason as to why news organizations would ask for this beside the obvious attempt at juror intimidation.
Do they even have a fig leaf to hide behind that I'm just not seeing?
Oh god what's going to happen if the jury info leaks? Mistrial? There's bound to be someone at the courthouse who has access to the information and left-wing leanings.
From what i gathered how the process works: there is no good reason for the public, let alone cnn, to know the names of any jurors. Period.
It really makes you wonder why this particular trial had them attempt this while this apparently hasn't happened in other high profile trials.
Why is it so important that Manafort gets convicted? The guy is a scumbag but he doesn't appear to be important.
