It's an MSM spin piece that's purposely avoiding giving context to a lot of things. The way they say it is like when a muslim immigrant rape gang just finished raping some preteen girl, and the police force has to describe the suspects, so they say "Uhm, 'men' did it. We can't comment on their description further, or it would be racist of us."

2018-11-04 23:55:17 UTC

in fact, this article is trying to spin Trump as the bad guy by its first graffiti incident refering to someone spraypainting "Go Trump" next to swastikas

2018-11-04 23:56:53 UTC

"during the past 22 months, not one person caught or identified as the aggressor in an anti-Semitic hate crime has been associated with a far right-wing group"

2018-11-04 23:58:26 UTC

Yeah, they get to that eventually, but when you put anti-trump in your first few lines then wait that long to eventually admit "far right didn't do it, lol", that still isn't apologizing for trying to drag Trump in. It's got obvious spin on it.

2018-11-04 23:59:28 UTC

They also backtrack against that statement by doubling down on "hate groups", by saying > Of course, not everyone is caught. And, obviously, white supremacists are driving anti-Semitic rhetoric online.

2018-11-04 23:59:52 UTC

It's a spin article.

2018-11-04 23:59:54 UTC

so what? we shouldn't mention the crimes committed because "that is anti-x bias"?

2018-11-05 00:01:00 UTC

if it was your typical spin article, they would have left out the little bit about all people arrested are not right-wing extremist

2018-11-05 00:01:18 UTC

if you want to accuse of being click baity, then you are right

2018-11-05 00:01:21 UTC

but its media

2018-11-05 00:01:24 UTC

I'm saying exactly the opposite.
I'm saying this article came out at a very specific time, due to a very specific, mainstream attention crime having just been committed.
So don't fucking obfuscate the situation by trying to pepper in statistics and throw anti-Trump in line 4, and then avoid saying anything about James Polite at all.

Fucking fess up to what's actually going on. That's what I'm saying.

2018-11-05 00:01:56 UTC

sorry, paragraph 4.

2018-11-05 00:04:24 UTC

Yes, it could've had a much stronger spin on it, but it's still obviously tiptoeing around what's actually happened and desperately trying to not admit the truth the way I blunt force trauma said it.

Trump vs. the Democrats: One group is antisemetic, the other is pro Jews. And if you haven't been keeping up with fact checking and real news going on outside of MSM's spin, I'll happily bet 50 bucks you can't guess which one is which, and feel free to give me my winnings via paypal or by check.

2018-11-05 00:05:23 UTC

you can try and make things unbais by stating just facts (But usually that leads to a very small article) or by trying to balance one side with the other. At least they tired. baby steps. its better than most

2018-11-05 00:05:49 UTC

you'd think that it'd be obvious with the transfer of the israeli embassy to jerusalem

2018-11-05 00:06:34 UTC

The transfer of the embassy had nothing to do with Judaism and everything to do with Israeli nationalism.

2018-11-05 00:07:12 UTC

You can be against the transfer of the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and still be a defender of the Jewish people and faith

2018-11-05 00:07:16 UTC

pretty sure supporting israeli nationalism is not a popular position of antisemites.

2018-11-05 00:08:01 UTC

that... is a hornet's nest I'm not going to butt into. It's messy on both sides and... urgh... It isn't purely pro-jew, as Cat has said, but it also has other problems. It's... just a mess.

I 100% support that he did it, but I won't point to that as his pro-jewish stance.

2018-11-05 00:08:07 UTC

One can be a supporter of the State of Israel but highly critical of any particular government thereof

2018-11-05 00:08:45 UTC

Just as one can be an American patriot yet critical of the gov't du joir

2018-11-05 00:09:15 UTC

I can, however, point to one major ongoing event as a sign of anti-semetic that's rippling throughout the alt-Left. Their absolute worship of Muslims.

2018-11-05 00:10:01 UTC

Respect for Islam isn't itself antisemitic, but there are many antisemitic Muslims

2018-11-05 00:10:10 UTC

Farrakhan is an ass

2018-11-05 00:10:32 UTC

Not respect. Not respect. The fetishism of licking the boots of anyone Muslim and praising allah on their behalf.

2018-11-05 00:10:38 UTC

I do not like the double standard at all. *At All*

2018-11-05 00:11:05 UTC

I won't disagree with you @JustTom

2018-11-05 00:11:43 UTC

There are some highly distasteful Muslims just as there are highly distasteful Christians, Jews, Hindus, atheists, etc

2018-11-05 00:12:03 UTC

When the left called any critism of Islam islamiphobia. I knew they were just hypocritical shits and they know it too. Hence the whole "no, the hijab is actually a feminist symbol"

2018-11-05 00:13:16 UTC

I'm no more irked at Netenyahu than I am at Modi, Putin, Xi, or Trump. Radical nationalists are not high on my list. I like people to be more rational in their patriotism than simply "my country right or wrong".

2018-11-05 00:13:29 UTC

I don't even mean just the anti-borders types who've made most of the EU a fucking hellhole through the migration problems.
THAT is a HUGE fucking problem. But that's not what I mean.

I mean the LGBT people who praise Muslims as being so forward thinking, despite EVERY SINGLE POLL EVER, saying that if Muslims had their way, they would gladly fling every fag in the world off a roof and stone them.

I mean the feminists who praise Islam for being the most feminist-friendly religion, despite... goddamn, just... EVERYTHING in it. Seriously, fucking read some of the crazy shit that is in it out to a feminist without warning her it's from the Quran, and watch her shit herself in rage and start flinging it at you.

Tim was talking about this

“ Senate panel asks FBI to investigate person who gave ‘false statements ‘ against Kavanaugh “ by Christal Hayes on USA Today

A Rhode Island resident falsely claimed that they witnessed Kavanaugh sexually assault a woman. They quickly recanted, and are under FBI investigation. And they tell us to listen and believe.

While I have a deep loathing of the first group for screwing up the world, the latter two are beyond that... I genuinely worry for their sanity, and fear for anyone who is in one of those groups and then turns around and openly encourages Sharia Law.

2018-11-05 00:16:45 UTC

Agreed

2018-11-05 00:19:04 UTC

Raises the question of what level of falsehood is tolerable. But noone wants to take on that fight because taking action in this case means you are against rape victims

2018-11-05 00:19:44 UTC

Really frustrates me when people thrust law out because of individual situations.

2018-11-05 00:19:47 UTC

I strongly believe in that "Walk a mile in their shoes" mentality.
If Open-Borders upper class assholes had to directly face the consequences, they'd all turn nationalist and want to close the borders within a month. Give it a week to wipe away the starry eyed "wow this is great", another week to erase their conviction of "But it's for the best", by week three they'll be crying "Why did I do this... no, I must persevere, this is for the good of the world!" and by month's end, 90% of them will be howling "WHY DID WE EVER WANT THIS?"

As for the feminists and LGBT... I can't even say that for them, because they'd all be stoned to death within the first week.

2018-11-05 00:21:41 UTC

as for false rape accusations.
I think the laws need to be made stricter. It's a slap on the wrist for the accuser who's proven to be lying, while often still ruining the man's life forever.

2018-11-05 00:22:59 UTC

Our open borders policy is hurting our nation, and honestly, it's probably hurting Mexico even worse.

2018-11-05 00:23:03 UTC

I believe the laws definitely need to be made stricter, oftentimes we avoid doing things because of this culture of not offending or hurting anyone. But give an inch and they will take a milr.
