Aparantly he is being retried for contempt. It's actually very strange. The judge says the Contempt charges were strange but is somehw upholding it at the same times as retrying the case.
I dunno. someone more in tune with the bull shit that is British law would need to translate.

So got a quick question watching a Tedtalk comment section about how great German prisons are and how there is virtually no crime because criminals are treated nice.
Any time someone brings up refugees though Germans or Europeans reply saying the crime rates have gone down and America has lots of crimes because of racism, the NRA gives guns to criminals to kill people with, and lobbyists (can’t begrudge them too much on the lobbiest stuff I hate those people to the core)
Got no idea how to refute them at all though I know it’s pointless since they will just laugh and say ignorant Capitalist American and how they are enlightened Socialist Europeans
Point to them the population in the US that perpetrates the proportionate majority of violent crime, gun or otherwise, then ask how many of those people live in Germany, then ask of the areas in which they do live the level of crime.
They won't listen because they are arguing from false premises and automatically assume more racism is the problem but it's something that shuts them up about half of the time in my experience.
It's what I usually say but any time I would they would just say how it's because America is racist and capitalist so we deserve it. Waiting to see what it's like when Africans and Arabs are the majority in Germany and the GLB community is being tossed off roofs and kufars being beheaded in the streets and bet they are still scoffing about how much more tolerant they are
