I'm old school so I was kind of hoping they would be. REmake is one of my favorite games ever. But watching the trailer and demo definitely swayed me, it looks great.

I remember when 4 came out I absolutely hated it. I've tried it since then but I still prefer the older games. 1 and 2 were great, Nemesis was when they tried to get a bit too action-y for what the control scheme was meant for. I get that Nemesis is supposed to be a badass but fighting him is a nightmare.

Perhaps. 2 and REmake remain my favorites though.

I played Rev 1, haven't played 2. I actually heard some people say it was bad.
