Jury Duty in California is pulled from two primary rolls - voter registration and driver licenses. There are lots of people who carry a Cali driver license who are not citizens. I have a Brit on my staff who gets summoned almost annually to jury duty since she's a driver but not a voter. She politely declines and all is good.

Yes, Hillary Clinton proclaimed that Robert Byrd, the founder of the West Virginia chapter of the KKK, was her friend and mentor upon his death.

I currently cannot find information to confirm or deny that he was involved in the KKK when he was interacting with Hillary.

Also, he lied about leaving the KKK in the 40's, so any claims he made after that about regretting his past in the organization is cast in doubt.
