It sounds to me as if they are not suing her, they use the fact that she released the recording as a defense in their own trial (we did not hurt peterson, had she not released the recording then nothing would have happened) and maybe a way to pit her and peterson against each other.
Isn't that an irrelevant fact?? And didn't Peterson file a second lawsuit??
