Seems like there are unofficial information embargo in place between nations like that
No just lack of money
the EU trying to make it official
Who is your source for info in Russia?
putin
I have few rusian friands in another discord
If it's a government official, you're likely to get propaganda
If you need to find something
I even have guy from china
If it's an individual, you risk them getting in trouble as a source if you are informing a hostile nation
Lol i dont do journalism
I just ask benine queations what is going on
At which point you ethically need resources to protect them if necessary
When apt
Its gaming discord after all
We shitpost lots of stuff
But you'd need to be able to verify.
It's a lot more complicated than you might think
As i said its just for my interest i take it as what it is
Some random pleb telling me things from his home on the internet
I see article about aometging and i ask ppl from thay area what is it all about
And compare results
Obviously if i were writing for newspaper i would need much more sources
Even tho current journalists write international news based on one source
Like the pee pee tape of donald trump
i dont get why Crowder is wrong so often
hes right on a lot of things but I feel like he should do better
when he does the real conversations he never fact checks
or I should say not enough
Tim i said it before he absolutely bombed on global climate change
Where he was spreading straight up lies
why would he fact check? he prepares for the usual talking points so that he can rebutt them
(Took one study and selectively presented results in oposite way what it actually said)
Real conversations aren't really about facts for the most part though, they're more about having a conversation, and seeing both sides
It's not a debate, it's just a look at the left's arguments and how they respond to rebuttals
After he got informed about it refused to explain or correct his mistakes
sadly that is all that is needed because college does not tell you how to think, but what to think these days
crowder is more focused on entertainment than really informing people
What do you guys think of PBS news?
They're mostly non profit, and have received a ton of awards for journalism
