Seems to me like serious conflict doesn't break out in these sorts of pro-left fashionable rallies.
They have lots of virtue signalers and angry folks.
The conservative party may have a leadership election so there may be some chaos akin to a government shutdown in the US

Brits have a big emphasis on politeness similar to Japan's honour culture but not as strict. Protests are seen as uncouth/obnoxious.
