observing these chats is an interesting lesson in how pervasive and profound a thing human weakness is. It interests me. I have had my moments of feeling helpless and needy but personally I have never sunk so low as to behave the way you people, and people in Internet chatrooms generally, do: i.e; come crawling back again and again to some little circle of random strangers that you have somehow managed to fashion in your minds into a semblance of a "social circle" and KEEPING ON crawling back, day after day, night after night, no matter how many boring repellent, deeply unsympathetic shitheads whatever mentally-ill power-freak that runs the chat keeps chucking in on top of you like a fast-food manager chucks slops in on top of bums sleeping in a dumpster

2018-07-11 17:01:45 UTC

with a nice gun collection

2018-07-11 17:02:22 UTC

Man every time he brings up the Garand my desire to get a license intensifies

2018-07-11 17:03:38 UTC

my gf wants to get a carry permit. Now i just need to set aside the money for what will quickly become an expensive hobby

2018-07-11 17:04:36 UTC

Yeah I just spent 500+ monopolybux on HEMA gear. I'm not about to turn around and spend a few grand getting a Garand here as well

2018-07-11 17:04:50 UTC

Especially when I have a few trips I want to take next year that will eat my savings

2018-07-11 17:05:19 UTC

the Grand for a Garand, there is something poetic here

2018-07-11 17:05:50 UTC

It's something like 1-3 grand, plus in Canuckistan you need a safe and a bunch of other shit

2018-07-11 17:06:48 UTC

gotta make sure that gun doesn't go a shooting rampage without you, you know

2018-07-11 17:09:49 UTC

It's funny when I hear the weapon of war comment

2018-07-11 17:10:02 UTC

Because Canada allows the Garand BY NAME in its legislation

2018-07-11 17:10:14 UTC

a knife is a weapon of war. So is a fist.

2018-07-11 17:10:24 UTC

But a sport rifle from 63 is apparently the equivalent of an AK

2018-07-11 17:10:54 UTC

i love how they think the 556 is a big round

2018-07-11 17:12:06 UTC

Lmao

2018-07-11 17:12:36 UTC

It's definitely not one of the smallest rifle calibers

2018-07-11 17:12:48 UTC

Absolutely not

2018-07-11 17:13:04 UTC

Truly, .223 is an enormous round

2018-07-11 17:13:20 UTC

And we need to prevent people from loading them into magazine clips

2018-07-11 17:14:16 UTC

30 caliber magazine clips

2018-07-11 17:14:21 UTC

get the terminology right

2018-07-11 17:14:21 UTC

Exactly
